Dark amber in colour, this light and flavourful wheat ale has a delicate head on the pour.

Instant aromas of ripe apricot, malt, and yeast, with trace notes of hops (Golding and Willamette).

The Golding hops come through on the taste, with a taste akin to classic English pub ales—gentle bitterness and florality—with the apricot coming through discernibly with a rounded fruitiness.

A crisp, clean finish that imparts no saccharinity or film.

Dangerously sessionable, though skewing to the more expensive of some other ales.

Hoochsavvy Grade: A-
